Don’t Block the Information

A Practical Guide to Turning Suffering into Self-Creation

Core Promise This is not therapy. This is not spirituality. This is a operating manual for conscious identity in real time.

Part 1 – Central Command

“Don’t Block the Information” Everything that reaches you—pleasure, pain, insult, love, boredom, betrayal—is data addressed personally to you. Blocking it = rejecting the only real-time feedback the universe gives you about who you actually are right now. Suffering is not punishment or mistake. It is the exact location of the conversation.

Key one-liner to repeat daily: “Everything coming at me is for me. I will not block the information.”

Part 2 – The Nature of Suffering & Identity

Resistance always happens at a boundary of identity. The friction you feel is the edge where an old belief about “who I am” meets new information that doesn’t fit.

Suffering = Resistance Pain is sensation. Suffering is the story “This should not be happening to me.”

At every edge you have exactly two moves:

  1. Strengthen the boundary (conviction, righteousness, stagnation + safety)
  2. Expand the boundary (growth, death of old self, terror + freedom)
Neither is wrong. Both are sacred work. You just have to choose consciously.

Recurring Content Calendar (weekly release ideas)

  • Monday: “Edge of the Week” – real-time example of current personal suffering + 4-step protocol walkthrough
  • Wednesday: “Boundary Lab” – short audio guided practice (5–8 min) to locate and translate a sensation
  • Friday: “Truth Reset” – a single paragraph that burns an old memory you no longer need
  • Monthly Deep Dive: live 60-min session walking through one participant’s boundary in real time

Part 3 – The Mechanism: Belief & Faith

All boundaries are made of belief. Identity is not a thing you discover—it is a set of beliefs you keep exercising.

Faith is the muscle.

  • To strengthen a boundary → exercise faith in the existing belief (ritual, repetition, tribe, story).
  • To expand a boundary → exercise faith in your capacity to survive not-knowing who you will be on the other side.

Part 4 – The Practice: Deep Engagement (4-step protocol)

Use this the moment suffering appears. Takes 3–15 minutes.

  1. Locate Where in the body is the tension? Name the exact spot and intensity (0–10).
  2. Inquire What belief is being threatened right now? Finish the sentence: “If this keeps happening, I will no longer be able to believe that I am ___.”
  3. Translate Give the sensation a voice. Write, speak aloud, move, draw, scream, sing—anything that moves energy out of the body into form. Do not censor. This completes the circuit.
  4. Choose
    • Expand: “I release the old belief and let the new information redefine me.”
    • Fortify: “I reaffirm the boundary and stand in this belief with deeper faith.” Say it out loud. Mean it.

Part 5 – The Nature of Truth (the radical part)

  • There is no objective truth—only lived, subjective truth.
  • Your experience in this moment is the only authority you ever get.
  • Memory is not a recording; it is an emotional highlight reel that rewrites itself every time you access it.
  • You are mostly a composite of your strongest emotional charges (engrams). Most “reasoning” is just those charges looking for a new target (transference + blame).
  • Your intention is pure for exactly one instant. The moment you act, it becomes raw information for someone else’s subjective reality. Let it go. It was never yours to control.
