The Recursive Navigation Loop
This spiral represents the continuous process of consciousness navigating through time. Each moment (NOW) generates an experience that immediately begins degrading as it moves outward through memory encoding, compression, and pattern formation. Simultaneously, accumulated causal patterns spiral inward to form predictions and guide action back to the next NOW moment.
Core Insight: You never step in the same NOW twice. Each iteration of the loop is slightly different because the causal collection has changed, the ego has reformed, and information has degraded. This is why you can’t perfectly predict yourself—you are always becoming.
